1. Eligibility and Approval
Wholesale access is available only to verified businesses. All applicants must submit a complete Wholesale Dealer Application with valid business details. Eligibility is determined through our internal verification and risk-assessment system, which reviews business legitimacy, resale intent, order behavior, and compliance history. Approval is granted at our sole discretion.
2. Pricing and Discounts
Wholesale pricing is determined by your order quantity. The higher the volume, the greater the discount you receive.Â
3. Minimum Order Requirements
All wholesale orders must meet the minimum order quantity of 100 units. Orders below this threshold are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
4. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes.
All wholesale orders are shipped at the buyer’s expense. The buyer is fully responsible for international shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any additional local government fees. Any customs or carrier fees assessed after shipment remain the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns and Refunds
Wholesale returns and refunds are governed by our standard Returns and Refund Policy, which applies to each order. All conditions, timelines, and eligibility requirements under that policy apply equally to wholesale purchases unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Enforcement and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate wholesale access at any time for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, fraud, or behavior inconsistent with legitimate wholesale purchasing, with or without prior notice.
